Located in Suzhou, a beautiful city by the Yangtze River, TT Electronics China hosts two business units: The Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS) business enjoys a high reputation as low volume/high mix manufacturer of products ranged from box-build, PCBA and cable assembling. The Transportation Sensing & Control (TS&C) business provides sensors and control solutions for passenger cars and trucks. We strongly focus on emissions reduction, safety and driver assistance features.

Role Overview/Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job:

 

  1. To be responsible for the TT China website update and maintenance.
  2. To support the management to set up and reinforce the company internal communication and team building.
  3. To help maintain and improve company training system.
  4. To be responsible for the overall company administration issues.

 

Main Responsibility:

 

  1. To provide the first line assistance to the General Manager as required.
  2. To organize monthly team brief meeting with each departments for General manager.
  3. To receive and collect employee complaints, and resolve skilfully with HR department and the management following TT complaints procedure.
  4. To be in charge of company annual entertaining activities, follow up and control.
  5. To help organize TT social clubs, and follow up their regular activities.
  6. To organize company wide outward team building training together with HR department.
  7. To produce feasible training plan according to specific needs of each department, follow up and control.
  8. To file and document training record, and make periodic assessment to training achievement.
  9. To ensure the factory and offices are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
  10. To greet company visitors as required.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degreed and above;
  2. Fluent language using capability in English;
  3. 3~5 years experience for international affairs in multinational company;
  4. Problem solving skills and flexibility;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and a teamwork player, Very good sense of service attitude.
