Located in Suzhou, a beautiful city by the Yangtze River, TT Electronics China hosts two business units: The Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS) business enjoys a high reputation as low volume/high mix manufacturer of products ranged from box-build, PCBA and cable assembling. The Transportation Sensing & Control (TS&C) business provides sensors and control solutions for passenger cars and trucks. We strongly focus on emissions reduction, safety and driver assistance features.

Role Overview/Responsibilities


  1. Assist HR Manager in recruitment function.
  2. Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates.
  3. Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency.
  4. Arrange interview and work with department managers to provide interview and employment advice;
  5. Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pools
  6. To set up channels for all kinds of recruitments. Build good relationships with all related agency.
  7. Be responsible to update JD of all positions.
  8. To complete recruitment report.
  9. Other admin jobs arranged by HR manager


Training and staff relationship maintain:

  1. Assist HR Manager in training function for annual staff opinion survey, to disseminate, collect forms and to summarize.
  2. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct orientation training for new employees, update orientation package timely and regularly.
  3. Track, assess and give feedback internal and external training.
  4. To be training coordinate, liaise with training agencies, arrange payment or expense claims, prepare training agreement, and collect certificates, make records, etc..
  5. To complete training reports.
  6. Assist HR Manager for annual employee performance review.


  1. Bachelor or equal Bachelor degree.
  2. 5+ years’ work experience, and 3+-years’ experience in recruitment, can handle recruiting and training activities independently.
  3. High efficient, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English both spoken and written.

  5. Computer skills to include Excel/ Word.
