Located in Suzhou, a beautiful city by the Yangtze River, TT Electronics China hosts two business units: The Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS) business enjoys a high reputation as low volume/high mix manufacturer of products ranged from box-build, PCBA and cable assembling. The Transportation Sensing & Control (TS&C) business provides sensors and control solutions for passenger cars and trucks. We strongly focus on emissions reduction, safety and driver assistance features.

Role Overview/Responsibilities


  1. To carry out salary calculation & social benefits distribution.
  2. Be responsible for analysis of the verience of labor cost on monthly base.
  3. To draft out yearly labour cost budget.
  4. Offer the various data & reports of labor cost related for management review.
  5. To drive annual bonus calculation based on employee contracts, performance appraisal.
  6. Be responsible for employee income tax claim.
  7. Be responsible for Social Insurance management.
  8. Be responsible for Housing Allowance management.
  9. Be responsible for Housing Fund management.
  10. Be responsible for Status Change.
  11. Be responsible for Annual Physical examination.
  12. Other jobs arranged by HR manager

New Staff Register in

  1. Key in new staff information in HRS/Personnel File
  2. E-contract update through SNDHR labor contract system
  3. File new staff profile
  4. Take photo for new staff then make cover of staff IC card


  1. College degree or above.
  2. More than 3-year experience in C&B area, can handle C&B activities independently.
  3. High efficient, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  4. Good command in English. 
  5. Computer SkillsComputer skills to include Excel, Word,Power point.
