TT Electronics opened its first production unit in Timisoara in 2012. Being a strategic investment for the TT Electronics corporation, we benefitted of further investments and currently have two plants in Timisoara, Transportation Sensing and Control ( TSC) and Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS).
TSC produces a wide range of electronic components for the automotive industry, such as acceleration pedals, sensors (fluid temperature, level and pressure etc.), LED technology modules and electronic actuators.
In our IMS plant, we manufacture circuit boards for different market segments, modules with LED lighting and signaling and sensory devices.
TT Electronics Timisoara is ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 certified and we employ over 500 employees.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of automation installations.
It installs and startup operation equipment and automation systems according to the specific documentation.
Shows changes to installations for up-to-date documentation of equipment and automation installations.
Participates in equipment installation, wiring, configuration, parameterization, testing and commissioning.
Performs process diagnosis in the PLC to identify the defect and / or the causes that lead to process staging.
Configuration and parameterization of auxiliary equipment (screwdrivers, printers, laser, scanners, vision control systems, etc.)
Responsible for diagnosis and modification of PLC programs, peripheral configuration (eg screwdrivers, scanners, etc);
He is actively involved in the development and implementation of projects for the optimization and improvement of automated installations.
Provides technical support and permanently assesses failures and defects, stationary times, spare parts consumption,
in order to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance, in accordance with the quality standards in place.
