TT Electronics opened its first production unit in Timisoara in 2012. Being a strategic investment for the TT Electronics corporation, we benefitted of further investments and currently have two plants in Timisoara, Transportation Sensing and Control ( TSC) and Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS).
TSC produces a wide range of electronic components for the automotive industry, such as acceleration pedals, sensors (fluid temperature, level and pressure etc.), LED technology modules and electronic actuators.
In our IMS plant, we manufacture circuit boards for different market segments, modules with LED lighting and signaling and sensory devices.
TT Electronics Timisoara is ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 certified and we employ over 500 employees.
Responsible for in Process detection engineering - SPI/AOI/Laser marking for new product introduction/development and product sustain engineering activities.
Responsible for the SMT issues and internal/external quality feedback. Troubleshoot the SMT process (SPI/AOI/Laser marking) root causes and attain the corrective action to the issues.
Plan, create and ensure the necessary SPI/AOI/Laser marking program and process documentations are completed and updated in time for production.
Ensure that the respective area computer and network system is well maintained in operation condition. Programs are regularly updated and back up.
Plan and provide necessary SPI/AOI programs and technical support of new product introduction.
Participate in new product development discussion and contributes ideas and comments in the area of PCB assemble automation and process technology.
Monitor the SPI/AOI inspection/detection windows and modify whenever necessary to increase machine capability and quality.
Continuously review and improve strategy and technology in the SPI/AOI inspection processes.
Maintain and upgrade machine capability timely via engineering benchmarking projects.
Assist in major machine breakdown troubleshooting.
Provide training in machine maintenance, operation and processes to all technical support personnel in detection process.
Work with engineering system team for new release process for SPI/AOI related.
Work with QMM for on process and line audit.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 years of related working experience;
Experienced in SMT machinery;
Able to generate SPI/AOI program and understand board schematic drawing;
Expertise in engineering principles to perform comprehensive line quality troubleshooting;
Communicates effectively with cross functional teams, management teams, and customers;
Team player and able to work with minimum supervision;
Initiative to drive towards problem solving and continuous improvement activities;
