We’re currently recruiting an Inside Sales Coordinator roles based at Bedlington. Reporting directly into the Sensors and Specialist Component Sales team you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to global customers. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to proactively contact new and existing customer accounts to ensure that enquiries are promptly and satisfactorily responded to.
Further duties will include;
• Quote preparation
• Creation of SPLs
• Management of sample order requests
• Management of customer inquiries
• Proactive follow up on samples and quotes supplied
• Proactive involvement in NBO
• Provide support to customer service to resolve commercial issues after receipt of order including pricing issues
• Support Field Sales Organisation
• Management of Tier2/ Tier 3 Accounts.
Previous inside sales experience you will excel in the fast paced commercial environment, providing pro-active service to ensure that all pre-sales activity including administration and handling of queries is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
You will possess exceptional communication skills, written and verbal to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers alike. You will demonstrate pace and tenacity in responding to and resolving issues. Computer literacy, experience of the Sales Force system and a can do attitude are further pre-requisite skills to be successful in this role.
