Role Overview and Responsibilities

This full-time salaried position is responsible for managing the team that is providing data, research, reports and presentation material in a professional and accurate format plus the demand planning associated to the SIOP process. The Sales & Distribution Analyst Manager is responsible for the analysis of the data to help support management decision making and to help drive sales.

  • Management of all team members associated with the Sales Analysis and SIOP Demand Planning process
  • Provide ROI analysis for all sales and marketing activities
  • Conduct market and competitor research and identify new market opportunities 
  • Build a dashboard to visualize KPIs
  • Analyze sales and performance records
  • Develop and maintain sales forecast reports and Demand plans for SIOP
  • Utilizing appropriate analytical reports and tools; provide daily support to RSM’s, BDM’s, and SD’s
  • Collect and report accurate and timely sales related data as required by the sales and management teams. 
  • Develop strong relationships internally to become the go-to sales data resource person. 
  • Evaluates and analyzes category management making recommendations as requested by management. 
  • Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures including safety policies.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • 3 Years experience in Sales data analysis
  • Experience of working within a SIOP environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent planning, analytical, communication and computer skills required
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and SFDC (CRM) 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to communicate with team members and management on a daily basis
  • Objective Analytical Power
  • Must be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Related Bachelor’s Degree required.
