TT Electronics Bedlington incorporates two divisions; Passive Components and Power Electronics. Passive components are leaders in high reliability, high performance and engineered electronic components. Power Electronics provide custom solutions for safety critical harsh environment applications, at Bedlington specialising in microcircuit production for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to global customers. As a member of the team, you will pro-actively work together, supporting each other’s accounts as necessary, continually looking to improve the customer experience. You will strive to deliver time after time and be able to communicate, organise and influence both internally and externally.
You will excel in the fast paced environment of customer service providing pro-active first point of contact for customers and to ensure that all processing, administration and handling of orders or queries is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
A centralised team will focus on effective communication chains, ensuring both a standard process and common approach to deliver a continually improving customer service experience. Primarily supporting the US markets and customers, this vacancy is ‘late shift’ based.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills, keyboard and problem solving skills with experience of working well under pressure and within set time frames ideally gained in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience of Microsoft packages is essential. All other training will be provided.
