Role Overview and Responsibilities

  1. Vocational Education or above , major in electronic or mechanical or Engineering
  2. More than 2 years working experience in Quality inspection
  3. Know the basic requirements of ISO14000, IATF 16949
  4. Skilled in using office
  5. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility
  6. Have a good co-ordination team spirit
  7. Willing to do overtime work when necessary and required
  8. Familiar with measurements tool (as such CMM, projector ) is preferred

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  1. Perform routine and random audits on the Production line, Materials Control System, Test and Inspection workstations to ensure product quality and systems are maintained.
  2. Perform incoming check ,finish goods check and dispatch audit against the requirements
  3. Raise non-conformance reports and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  4. Perform measurements on components, sub-assemblies and finished products to ensure quality standards are continuously maintained.
  5. When happen the quality problem to stop shipment and to stop production.
  6. Undertake any other duties as required by Quality Manager
