TT Electronics Bedlington incorporates two divisions; Passive Components and Power Electronics. Passive components are leaders in high reliability, high performance and engineered electronic components. Power Electronics provide custom solutions for safety critical harsh environment applications, at Bedlington specialising in microcircuit production for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Our business is customer led and we pride ourselves on technical capabilities to deliver customer needs. In this role you will demonstrate effective organisation and communications ability with exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills to deliver a first class payroll service.


Further duties will include;

  • Monthly payroll process for multiple sites
  • Benefit administration liaising with external providers
  • Administering of salary sacrifice based benefits
  • Accurate data input to payroll including starters, leavers and approved changes
  • Process annual P11D’s
  • Provide required reports
  • Maintain auditable records of payroll process for compliance
  • Handle manager and employee payroll queries

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate will have previous payroll including systems experience; understand HMRC and legislative requirements to ensure compliance. You will demonstrate unquestionable confidentiality appreciating data protection of employee information.
