Role Overview and Responsibilities

Introduction

Initiate, execute and support the role and activities of the Marketing Communications Department in the areas of: distribution internal and external communications, website update management, distributor relations, campaign development and analysis, lead generation, and marketing administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of distribution advertisement campaigns and new marketing programs
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, lead analysis, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Create distributor collateral and other marketing aids, including internal training documents, powerpoint presentations, sell sheets, flyers, brochures, and advertisements
  • Maintain relationships with key distributor contacts to coordinate advertising schedules and placements
  • Work with the Distribution and Product Line teams to develop and execute campaigns and programs
  • Maintain and update divisional pages on company website with product information and relevant articles
  • Development and updating of product data sheets, application notes, and other marketing resources
  • Order and assemble product evaluation kit and sample kit materials
  • Conduct market research and research on competition
  • Organize shipping of brochures and marketing materials while tracking and collating inventory of such materials

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Desireable Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree level minimum in a commercially related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with different cultures
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Well-organized and extremely detail oriented
  • A team player who can work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be able to work effectively unsupervised
  • Experience in using Kentico or a CMS web platform is a plus
