TT Electronics' plant in Kuantan, Malaysia, hosts the BI Technology business. We manufacture Magnetics components and supply for automotive, medical devices, industrial and defense components applications. We are seeking qualified and energetic candidates to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang as part of our growth plan.

Role Overview and Responsibilities


Reporting to the Materials Manager, the position will be responsible for all warehouse activities including planning, organizing and monitoring receiving, storage and distribution of items to productions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving , identifying, dispatching and assuring quality goods
  2. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
  3. Ensure incoming shipments’ and stock transactions’ accuracy
  4. Monitor and control the department operation efficiency, minimize overtime and avoid rejects/damage due to mishandling
  5. Coordinate and report monthly cycle count results
  6. Maintain FIFO system in receiving and ware house area
  7. Practice good housekeeping, discipline and adhere to safety procedures
  8. Establish feedback information for material control on overstocking and obsolescence status to maintain low inventory
  9. Coordinate monthly WIP count
  10. Communicate job expectations and coach subordinates
  11. Determine staffing levels and assign workload
  12. Champion schedule waste management
  13. Adhere and support company quality, safety and health policies
  14. Participate in plant wide activities (Internal quality audit, Safety Programs, 5S & GST implementation etc)

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Core Requirements


  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics, supply chain management or business administration
  • 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be forklift certified and familiar with other material handling equipment
  • Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
  • Proficient in English language both written and spoken
  • Working knowledge and understanding of MRP systems – preferably SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
