Our facility in Bedlington (north of Newcastle upon Tyne) incorporates two divisions; Sensors & Specialist Components and Power Electronics. Power Electronics provide custom solutions for safety critical harsh environment applications, at Bedlington specialising in microcircuit production for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.

At TT Electronics in Bedlington (Newcastle), we work with customers across the aerospace, defence, medical and industrial sectors designing and producing high-reliability electronics to help them solve challenging problems around the world. As part of our commitment to our Sensors and Specialist Component customers, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a talented customer focussed team (working 3pm-11pm M-F).

This role will enhance customer satisfaction through acting as a proactive first point of contact for customers to ensure that all processing, administration and handling or order and customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include ensuring customer data and requirements are kept up to date in SAP, liaise with colleagues in planning, manufacturing and shipping to ensure customer requirements are known and correctly prioritised; review and maintain customer order book, with a focus on on-time delivery KPIs and maximise periodic sales forecast by shipping to meet requests.
