    As part of the Power Electronics division, this role is available at Cletronics Inc. (based in Medina: Cleveland) where we specialise in magnetics production for the civil aircraft and defence industries.

    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    In this role the successful candidate will perform a combination of functions including secretarial, sales administration, office administration, human resources, clerical and interdepartmental control in support of managers in all departments. Duties will include;

     

    • Office administration; greeting visitors, switchboard, distributing post, maintaining office files and supplies

     

    • Sales administration; processing RFQs, sales orders and purchase orders.  Preparing paperwork for outgoing shipments and month end financial documentation.  Responsible for the manual and computer records as to Customer Requests for quote

     

     

    • Human Resources; resonsible for the compliant maintenance of employee data and records as well as individual training files.  Conduct new employee orientation with the department supervisor.  Liaise with third party payroll for processing, tax records, quarterly and year end reports including W2's.  Coordinate employee benefits, safety council and HR programmes. 

     

     

    • Quality Control; maintain controlled documents and apply record retention policies.  Schedule and host the management reviews as part of AS9100, ensure actions are appropriately assigned and closed, including the internal audit program.

     

     

     

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    The successful candidate will have prior experience in a multi faceted administration role, demonstrating a methodical and organised approach and working style.  You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills equipping you to work well with colleagues at all levels of the business.  You will further be a proficient user of microsoft packages.
