    Role Overview and Responsibilities


    This is a new role within the business and requires a self-starter with experience of establishing and implementing robust practical processes suitable to the RMI operation and monthly monitoring of the supply base.


    Key Responsibilities


    • SQA activities within the supply chain including: Vendor rating, supplier audits and performance reporting, as appropriate
    • Collaborating closely with procurement, design and production departments to ensure smooth flow of parts.
    • Managing the parts quality and documentation for Class H & K class parts
    • Generating goods receiving inspection criteria and conducting sample checks, on key products
    • Creation and completion of non-conformance reports (WELSC), identifying effective corrective and preventative actions at suppliers, disposition of materials/reworks and following improvement actions
    • Providing feedback reports to suppliers and internal customers regarding product non-compliance and incident frequency with KPI analysis.
    • Having a global wide supply base, occasional visits to overseas suppliers may be necessary

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements

    Must have experience of working within a goods receiving inspection environment and have suitable experience of AS9100 or ISO9001:2015, electronic background is essential.


    Desireable Skills and Experience

    Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D
