    Role Overview and Responsibilities


    Facilities Supervisor is key position who reports to the maintenance manager & has as a primary role the responsibility to support all the areas providing the services required for the operation, relocations, layout modification, etc. Their direct reports are the Facilities Technicians & cleaning personell, total of 9 direct reports, responsible to support all the departments,


    Key Responsibilities

    Facilities Supervisor is the responsible to coordinate the Preventive & corrective activities for the site, manage the resources to have the plant running, responsible to drive Facilities & energy management projects, create requisitions for extra activities, & manage the facilities budget, support & maintain all goverment certifications & drive an spare parts system to ensure the plant stability 

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements


    Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, electrical or electronechanical

    Experience using a CMMS

    Hability to work with external suppiers

    Experience to coordinate the actions for the preventive /predictive maintenance

    Hability to drive Energy Savings Projects

    Able to identify Key spare parts for key equipmentTeam work oriented

    Experience in LOTO & Linebreaking implementationBlue print reading

    Electricals diagram interpretation

    Experience on Vaccum Pumps, Chillers & RO systems

    Experience on VSD air Compressors

    Computers Skills

    Hydrahulic, Pneumatic & Electrical control Experience

    Government Regulations

    Experience on similar position 5 yrs minimum

    English Fluid



    Desireable Skills and Experience


    Self Motivated

    Energy management experience

    Experience on TPM implementation

    CAD software experience

    Hability to use thermographer camera
