    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    We’re currently recruiting, for a temporary Maintenance Electrician for the Site Services team in Bedlington. This role is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all electrical services and equipment on site


    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance of:
      • Production and ancillary equipment; and
      • Building services, internal and external.
    • Installation of new and re-sited equipment.
    • Installation and repair of electrical infrastructure.
    • Testing of backup generators.
    • Portable appliance and anti-static testing.
    • Periodic testing of DB’s, RCD’s, and safety switches.
    • Respond to ‘Call Out’ procedure for any of the above or similar duties.
    • Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship. (Equivalent to NVQ level 3 and/or AVCE, in relevant subjects).
    • E.E. 17th Edition Certificate).
