    Role Overview and Responsibilities


    Initiate, execute and support the role and activities of the Marketing Communications Department in the areas of: content writing, digital marketing, project management, and marketing administrative support.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the creation of advertisement campaigns and new marketing programs
    • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, lead analysis, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Prepare collateral and other marketing aids, including internal training documents, powerpoint presentations, and sell sheets
    • Develop and schedule weekly Product Alerts on online engineering advertisement site 
    • Create and distribute all external email communications and internal e-newsletters, including but not limited to pre- and post-show communications, divisional newsletter, and lead nurture emails
    • Work with the Sales and Product Line teams to develop and execute campaigns and programs
    • Maintain company website with product updates and changes, upcoming events, and thought leadership blog posts and articles
    • Development and updating of product data sheets, application notes, brochures, and other product-related resources
    • Order and assemble product sample kits
    • Conduct market research on competition
    • Assist in lead generation and qualification process using Salesforce 
    • Organize printing and shipping of brochures and marketing materials while tracking and collating inventory of such materials
    • Create and schedule social media calendar for LinkedIn

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree level minimum in a commercially related field
    • A general understanding of the different marketing and advertising outlets
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
    • Well-organized and highly detail oriented
    • A team player who can work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Must be able to work effectively unsupervised


    Desireable Skills and Experience

    • Experience using SalesForce, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or MailChimp is a plus
    • Experience working with different cultures
    • Experience as a communications contributor, including press release and social media writing
