    This role is based at Aero Stanrew, our Barnstaple location; part of the Power Electronics division where we employ approximately 250 employees and specialise in the manufacture of wound components, printed-circuit board assemblies, cabinet wiring and electronic test equipment for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.

    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    Introduction

    We are recruiting on a fixed term basis (6 months) for a Data Analyst in our Supply Chain team, to be responsible for:

    Ensure that all supply chain activities are effective and efficient and meet company objectives
    Coordination of part set up processes for Aero Stanrew
    Maintain metrics across all areas of responsibility
    Provide reporting and data inputting assistance as required
    Facilitate on time in full delivery work streams

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities will inlcude:

    Responsible for the addition and deletion of new and obsolete parts on Epicor 
    Control of the sign off process of new part numbers through the system
    Weekly reporting of KPI metrics showing volume of work and delays – highlighting key areas for improvement
    Ongoing enhancement of existing part numbers by including additional information (including but not limited to)

    -ECCN Codes

    -RoHS compliance data

    -Conflict Mineral status

    -Country of Origin
    Document part set up procedure through detailed work instructions
    Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes
    Responsible for assembling data, analysing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support planning and operations
    Develop periodic performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders
    Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
    Meet individual targets that are set by the Supply Chain Manager
    Function as a member of a team charged with business process improvement MRP solutions
    Assist in the distribution of KPIs relating to customer OTIF, schedule OTIF & validity, late orders, acknowledgements, RCCP implementation & development, stock availability, overall inventory levels and quality and stock turns
    Identify drivers of KPIs and suggest/implement ways to influence
    Propose recommendations to streamline core business processes, minimising complexity, training effort and data duplication
    Any other reasonable duties as and when required
