    Role Overview and Responsibilities


    Maintenance Engineer reports to the Maintenance Manager for the site, the objective of the position is to support manufacturing areas & make sure the smooth operation, 4 R&M technicians reports to him, owner of the R&M budget, his scope is to cover all the areas of plant 1




    Key Responsibilities


    • Direct responsible for production equipment and safety Issues 
    • Direct responsible to prepare Capital Justification & Equipment replacement plan
    • Downtime & Uptime daily tracker for all equipment with a detailed analisys, Trend & Paretos
    • Strong skills driving initiatives to reduce DT & improve efficiency
    • Owner to Drive strategy to improve PM’s execution
    • Direct resposible to implement a Spare parts for key equipment
    • Support R&M actions for all areas in the site to ensure smooth operational performance
    • Responsible to implement & track key actions to attack downtime top offenders
    • Experience on TPM & SMED Culture




    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements


    Bachelor Degree

    2 Years experience minimum in a similar position

    TPM & SMED experience

    Strong in MS Office software

    OEE experience

    Uptime & downtime calculations

    Cad software experience 

    Experience to work with multifuctional teams

    Self motivated

    CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Datastream, MP2, Etc)

    English 85% written & read




    Desireable Skills and Experience

    Rapid problem solving experience

    Lean manufacturing

    PLC Programming

    Experience on Injection Molding areas

    Lab view experience

    Energy management culture

    SMT Experience
