    Role Overview and Responsibilities



    To support our growth strategy within the Power Electronics division we’re currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator. Based in Lutterworth you will help in delivering the Marketing strategy across the division reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be innovative and proactive in your approach, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and ‘get the job done well’.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting trade exhibition efforts across Power Electronics.
    • Coordinating up-to-date branding across the division
    • Supporting new product launches and content generation/media packs.
    • Assisting the Power Electronics Marketing Manager with budgeting, presentations and reports.
    • Coordination of the media schedule through a marcom calendar.
    • Developing and assisting with customer and internal training events.
    • Regularly ensuring that information on all divisional products is updated and fresh on the Group website.
    • Developing and tracking metrics on web site performance and reporting monthly.
    • Working with the Channel Development team to maximize divisional presence on distributor web sites.
    • Advancing our brand awareness in the market through targeted campaigns.
    • Selection and purchasing of promotional items.
    • Preparing and distributing catalogues and brochures to our business development partners.
    • Conducting competitor benchmarking to identify the Power Electronics market positioning and areas for improvement.
    • Supporting logistical planning efforts across Power Electronics for the Business Development team.
    • Build up an internal archive of product and site imagery for Power Electronics.

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements


    You will be self-motivated and methodical in approach with a strong eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital to your success in the role. You will be able to negotiate effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of stakeholders, outside vendors as well as diverse business development teams.

    Desireable Skills and Experience


    The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and have some experience of events management. Sound Microsoft office skills are essential. Occasional travel is a requirement of the role.
