    TT Electronics' plant in Kuantan, Malaysia, hosts the BI Technology business. We manufacture Magnetics components and supply for automotive, medical devices, industrial and defense components applications. We are seeking qualified and energetic candidates to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang as part of our growth plan.

    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    Introduction

     

    Reporting to the Line Leader, the position will be responsible for daily production build of magnetic products that could vary from single model to a series of part numbers. No direct report.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Perform winding, soldering, assembly, visual inspection, electrical testing and other processes deem required to build good quality parts.
    • Build parts in accordance to aerospace product workmanship standard to assure conformity of products and customer’s requirements.
    • Maintain proper counts and update tracking for inventory, outputs, defects and quality yield. Test and record product data for engineer verification.
    • Escalate production issues to production Line Leaders or Supervisor as needed.
    • Maintain clean, safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
    • Perform basic set-up on the manufacturing equipment such as winding machine, soldering iron and other equipment set for the aerospace products manufacturing.

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements

     

    • Minimum SRP/SPM with classroom level 4 certification or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (at least level 3 and above) or Diploma in technical studies.
    • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia language both written and spoken and to certain extent of English communication.
    • Able to collect and record data.
    • Competent in using measuring and inspection equipment e.g. calipers, testers, microscopes.
