Our Bedlington facility north of Newcastle upon Tyne is the home of two TT Electronics divisions; Sensors & Specialist Components and Power Electronics. Sensors & Specialist Components are leaders in high reliability, high performance and engineered electronic components. Power Electronics provide custom power solutions for safety-critical applications in harsh environments where the team specialise in hybrid microcircuit production for the aerospace and defence and industrial industries.

As part of our commitment to our Sensors and Specialist Component customers, we have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Data Entry Apprentice to join a talented customer focussed team.
You will develop new skills and knowledge while working with an established customer service team, gaining valuable work experience and a recognised apprenticeship qualification over a 12 month duration.

This role will enhance customer satisfaction through providing administrative support for our Customer Service and Sales teams, whilst gaining valuable experience in a busy office environment. The main responsibility of this role is to load sales orders into computer using scanning software (ESKER) to ensure these are processed accurately and input errors are eliminated. Additional administrative duties as required to create and maintain customer records and communication with customer service and sales teams regarding processing errors and correction of errors.
Apprenticeship / Data Entry / Sales Administrator / Customer Administrator / Sales input / SAP
- You will be enrolled on a recognised business administrative apprenticeship qualification and expected to complete the programme as part of this role.
- You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications with a strong attention to detail;
- Good general standard of education – GCSEs or equivalent and good numeracy and literacy;
- Confident with both written and verbal communication
