    Our Lutterworth facility is located in south Leicestershire, sharing a home with where Sir Frank Whittle developed the first turbojet engine. As part of the Power Electronics division featuring the Semelab brand, we are a recognised market leader in the design and manufacture of discrete semiconductors, power modules and radio frequency transistors used in harsh environments for aerospace and defence, space and industrial industries. We employ 150 people and with over 40 years of history, TT Electronics plays a vital part in the Lutterworth community.

    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    We currently have a number of exciting ongoing temp to perm vacancies for Production and warehouse operators at our Lutterworth site.


    This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long term work and permanent employment with an established manufacturer.


    Duties will include a range of repetitive production duties including intricate assembly and testing. Suitable applicants will be able to assemble intricate, often minuscule, components in a dexterous manner. Extensive training will be given so no previous experience is necessary.


    We operate Monday to Friday and have the following shift patterns available: 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm and Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm/12.30pm to 8.30pm on a Friday. 


    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    You must be methodical in your approach to work and extremely quality conscious. We operate Monday to Friday and have day and late shifts available.
