TT Electronics’ Bedlington facility north of Newcastle upon Tyne is the home of two TT Electronics divisions; Sensors & Specialist Components and Power Electronics. Sensors & Specialist Components are leaders in high reliability, high performance and engineered electronic components. Power Electronics provide custom power solutions for safety-critical applications in harsh environments. The team in Bedlington specialises in microcircuit production for the aerospace and defence industries.

Quality Assurance Inspector - QA Inspection - Manufacturing Inspection - Visual Inspection
To evaluate and report on product during manufacture and carry out release testing of finished goods in order to ensure that only good quality product is available for despatch to customers.
Make sure that correct manufacture disciplines are maintained within the production facilities.
Carry out sample visual inspection of product through manufacture and assess its suitability for acceptance.
Generate quality reports and distribute accordingly whenever rejection of product is determined.
Carry out specific release testing of product to internal or customer requirements.
Ensure that the correct disciplines are adhered to in accordance with relevant controls or product routings.
Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) level in maths and/or English
Additional Skills: Effective communication, basic understanding of computer skills (preferably Word & Excel), good eyesight.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years within a quality or manufacturing environment preferred.
