    Our Barnstaple facility is located in North Devon. Founded in 1948, the site now employs approximately 250 employees and features the Aero Stanrew brand of electromagnetic components, printed-circuit board assemblies, cabinet wiring and electronic test equipment for safety critical applications in aerospace and defence, industrial and transportation industries.

    Role Overview and Responsibilities

    Introduction:

    We are currently recruiting a Customer Account Manager within the Power Electronics business unit based in Barnstaple where we manufacture high-reliability Electro-Mechanical and Electro-Magnetic devices for customers in the aerospace, space and defence markets.

                                                         

    In this role you will be proactive in building strong relationships between customers and the business to understand market dynamics and new product development opportunities, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Schedule and attend regular meetings with key customer accounts, typically in support of Business Reviews.
    Management of pricing to ensure market competitiveness working with the quotations team
    Work collaboratively with other key Managers within TT Electronics
    Manage the monthly demand cycle reporting for the business unit
    Work with Planning and BDM’s to coordinate the Sales order book and update forecasts respectively to the demand file
    We pride ourselves on ‘doing the right thing’ – this includes everyone’s Health and Safety responsibilities
    Build and maintain a strong rapport with key points of contact
    Review potential and live opportunities to ensure they are commercially correct for the business
    Liaise with necessary departments throughout the build life cycle
    Collate and Analyse quotation and order data (KPI’s)
    Ensure system integrity against metrics
    Collaborate with the sales team /CAM to identify & grow opportunities across the TT Group

    Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    Core Requirements:

    To be successful you will be highly customer focused with excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.  You will have excellent communication skills. You will thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines. You must be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake business travel as required.


    A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel to support business reporting is essential to this role.
