Role Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Sales Director EMEA, the Customer Experience Manager position will ensure consistent improvement of customer experience by analysing customer requirements by VOC activities and scorecard analysis,  definition of customer experience priorities and working with internal stakeholders on identified actions


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Analysis of Customer Experience Data, i.e. internal and external VOC, customer scorecards, internal scorecards.
  • Define Customer Experience Priorities
  • Cooperation with respective departments to address identified opportunities
  • Supervise implementation of agreed activities and monitor progress end-to-end
  • Analysis of financial implications and ROI of identified projects
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to S&SC Leadership Team

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes


  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Global Customer Service, Supplier Quality Management or Customer Quality Management
  • Excellent understanding of business processes
  • Analytical thinking and strong data analysis capability
  • Quality awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persistance
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work across organizational and cultural boundries to drive identified initiatives
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills required, knowledge of foreign languages welcome
  • Home office based or factory based
