Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, the Assembly Operator will play a key role in the manufacturing of electrical components that improve the precision, speed, and reliability of critical aspects of our customers’ applications. Your work output will provide support for civilian and military aerospace, life-saving medical devices, the automotive industry, and important household appliances.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate semiconductor equipment in a clean-room environment
  • Create silicon wafers used in most types of electronic assemblies
  • Ensure products meet MIL quality expectations through safe handling, performing basic (but essential) functions, and necessary rework of processes.
  • Work closely with other team members on Operations as well as Quality Control to ensure products meet high standards

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Core Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A steady, stable work history with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand or walk extensively
  • Flexible to work days, weekends, & 2nd shifts, if necessary
