TT Electronics’ Olathe, Kansas facility, is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of custom magnetic products and assemblies. The Olathe-based site has 65 years’ experience in the design and development of unique harsh-environment solutions for mission-critical applications.


Our dedicated teams are driven by collaboration and innovation to deliver engineering-led products supporting key applications including power conversion, actuation and control systems where our solutions support a broad range of globally recognized major aerospace and defense platforms across air, land and sea.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced Testers join our Kansas City team. Testers are responsible for testing unites from multiple stages of assembly to ensure products are being built to customer specifications.


Essential Functions

  • Use test equipment to electrically verify components adhere to specification.
  • Safely operate tests using medium to high voltage.
  • Diagnose problems using the correct test equipment.
  • Interpret prints and test procedures.
  • Independently follow detailed test instructions, processes, prints, and procedures.
  • Work within AS9100 guidelines.
  • Maintain productivity standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required.
  • Capable of using hand tools.
  • Basic familiarity with computers
  • Ability to apply common sense and logical progression to problem solving challenges.
  • Ability to communicate with other employees and supervisors when issues arise.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citzen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Policitical Asylee, or Refugee.
