Starting pay $15.60 and up based on experience

Introduction

The Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for performing basic repetitive asssembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers and inductors.

• Possesses a basic understanding of the principles of Lean manufacturing.
• Possesses a basic understanding of visual workplace management.
• Follows standard work as trained.
• Works toward meeting the standard level of productivity and quality levels.
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Desireable Skills and Experience

• Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Able to work with chemicals.
• Good manual dexterity/ability.
• Working in a repetitive job.
• Working knowledge of quality practices.
• Meets vision requirements specified by quality management system.
• The position is in the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and lifting throughout the day.
• Lifting amount up to 25 pounds.
• Soldering experience of one year preferred.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Inspection experience preferred.
• This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
