Responsible for providing custom solutions for safety critical, harsh environment applications, and specialising in microcircuit production for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

We have several permanent vacancies within our Customer Service team. If you’re looking for challenge, and pride yourself on delivering a high level of customer service this is a great opportunity. 

 

The centralised team focuses on effective communication chains, largely via email, audio and video conferencing.  You'll be a confident and effective communicator with maticulous attention to detail and exemplory Customer centric standards. You'll also ensure a standard process and common approach to deliver a continually improving customer service experience.  Supporting the Global markets and customers.

 

Our Customer Service team is based in the UK and works to meet the demands and varying timezones of our Customers.

 

You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to your global customers.  Teamwork is key, so your desire to be supportive of all within the team and to each other’s accounts is necessary, continually looking to improve the customer experience.  You will strive to deliver in a timely manner and be able to communicate, organise and influence both internally and externally.

 

You will excel in the fast paced environment of customer service providing pro-active first point of contact for customers and to ensure that all processing, administration and handling of orders or queries is dealt with efficiently and effectively.  You will be professional and effective in all areas of your work.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

The successful candidate must have

 

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keyboard and problem solving skills
  • Experience of working well under pressure and within set time frames ideally gained in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages is essential.
  • Fluency in an additional language would be advantageous but not essential
  • All other training will be provided
