Role Overview and Responsibilities

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:00am Monday - Thursday

Full benefits package is included!

Starting wage: $17.50-$19.00 hourly with opportunity to grow

Shift differential: $1.25

 

  • Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements
  • Sufficient mechanical skill to set up and run winding machinery
  • Count wire turns on a variety of coil forms
  • Lead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utilizing a large stacking machine)
  • Solder by dipping or using solder iron
  • Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring
  • Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions
  • Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed
  • Records time and quantity produced on timesheets daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training
  • Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries
  • Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
  • Use measuring instruments, i.e ruler, caliper, Optical Comparator
  • Previous work with a microscope
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
