About The Role: This role supports the continuous growth of TT Electronics Fairford by ensuring that we purchase the right products at the right price in a timely fashion ensuring customer delivery schedules are met.   What You Will Be Responsible For:- Process and place purchase orders in a timely manner- Work closely with the commercial team, Supply Chain Manager and buyer to ensure all deliveries are on time- Ensure all transactional systems are kept up to date- Work with buyer to carry out weekly stock checks for consumable parts and place orders where required- Expedite purchase orders and acknowledgements- Verify supplier acknowledgements and notify suppliers of any discrepancies- Assist with supplier review meetings as required- Support the Strategic Purchasing Team in Rogerstone in generating purchase price variance (PPV) reports in line with business requirements- Monitor market pricing and identify areas of opportunity and cost savings whilst ensuring compliance with our standards and approvals and any customer specific requirements are flowed down through the supply chain including exports/imports and ITAR requirements;- Build and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers- Work in line with control framework and to carry out annual reviews.
