Introduction Reporting to the Chief Design Authority (Power Solutions – Oldham), the Safety & ILS Manager role is responsible for the provision of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and Product Safety engineering at all phases of the product lifecycle. This includes the timely analysis of all requirements, the provision of ILS, Reliability and Product Safety support and the generation of associated documentation (such as FMEAs, FTAs, Reliability Predictions, Safety Management Plans, Obsolescence Management Plans, Safety Case Reports and Equipment Manuals) and to meet the time, cost and quality requirements of the customer and TT Electronics. Key Responsibilities- Responsible to track & record Uptime for the area assigned & drive action to improve performance- Support R&M actions for all areas in the site to ensure smooth operational performance- Responsible to implement & track key actions to attack downtime top offenders- Direct responsible for production equipment and safety Issues- Responsible to implement Continues Improvement Projects- Responsible to Implement TPM, SMED for Key equipment- Support LEAN tools implementation- Responsible to support & implement the BE LEAN culture such as TPM, SMED, OEE, 5 S’s on the areas assigned- Participate in transitions, deploying equipment strategy (Assembly & EOL testers) to assure Equipment knowledge, training, Preventive maintenance , corrective maintenance, spare parts, HSE compliance, and successfully meet maintenance metric - Responsible to comply with all Road maps assigned & HSE culture of the site- Participate in New equipment Introduction project supporting form maintenance stand point all aspect to successfully deploy / release new equipment. - Supervise team to support assembly & Test equipment modification and support new equipment introduction or modifications for new processes. - Lead technician team to drive and participate actively to meet equipment capacity, capability, and reproducibility requirement in concert with Engineering and Quality groups.- Participate in equipment specification, supplier identification, quotation, selection process, project management & implementation in concert with multifunctional team. - Establish preventive maintenance routines, drive PM accuracy, & attainment to meet Campus goals. - Lead and drive equipment safety compliance, manage resource to assure all machinery/ equipment meet HSE standards.- Promote and drive 5’S culture across Maintenance organization & technicians and coach as necessary the team - Drive visual factory on all equipment, tool cribs and areas of support - Supervise team to support existing manufacturing, test equipment and where applicable for NPI implementation, continuous improvement projects, major breakdown recovery, or transition projects. - Lead and supervise team to drive LEAN culture and tools, and actively participate in Be Lean initiatives (Gembas, RPS, Kaizen, Standardize work, etc..)- Actively participate with multifunctional team to support customer response , RMAS & Failure analysis.- Support and participate in initiatives from assembly & test machinery stand point to meet utilities goals( Energy savings projects )- Identify training needs to develop and motivate maintenance team. - Responsible to present a training pan in a yearly basis for the technicians under his responsibility- Lead behaviors to Promote and Maintain Interdepartmental harmony.- Cultivate strong, successful relationships with external customers, S&C business leaders and other internal functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities - Be the first point of contact for IT issues. Take ownership of IT issues and follow them through to ensure they are complete even if passed to another colleague in the IT team.- Work within a virtual team to provide support to staff around the globe with IT issues and escalating where necessary to other teams. You are responsible for any escalated calls and will ensure that these are resolved acceptably to both parties. - Support local systems such as storage, telecoms and networking. - Manage company phone systems and time clock systems. - Responsible to ensure adequate backups are completed.- Minitor the availability of global systems through existing portals and log, resolve and escalate issues. - Providing technical assistance to computer users on the application software, hardware and computer services.- Responsible for IT hardware and software inventory.- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on the software, hardware, telecommunication for leased line and telephone system to maintain proper relationship for better maintenance and support for local systems.
