Value Stream Leaders deliver results by aligning goals, communicating policies and operating status, developing team members, and providing the resources that team members need to perform and improve their work.  Value Stream Leaders lead their teams in achieving safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, continuous improvement, and employee engagement goals.Essential Functions- Creates a high-performance team environment focused on Torotel’s success and emphasizes proactive communication, approachability, trust, and respect for each individual. Lives and promotes the Torotel core values.- Delivers on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, continuous improvement and employee engagement.
