Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. - Manages, with full authority, all phases of a project from inception tocompletion.· Manage major projects and interface with all customers (internal andexternal) effectively.· Manage day to day aspects of the project, including cross-functionaldecision making, task/schedule management, issue resolution/escalation,communication, requirements management, and risk managementactivities.- Manage proposal, design and development, product management, and newproduct introduction programs.· Conduct program reviews to ensure that product elements meet thecontractual and business requirements.· Lead definition of project management plans (e.g. scope managementplan, schedule management plan, budget, risk management plan,requirements, management plan, quality management plan, etc.)· Achieves project objectives by contributing information andrecommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing andcompleting action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality,and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits;identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementingchange.· Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a budget,scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating correctiveactions.· Manage Product Development Processes including all phases ofdevelopment, phase gate exit reviews and release to production· Lead work breakdown structure definition, cost estimation, riskestimation, and high-level schedule creation.· Interpret RFP requirements and lead the creation of proposal approachand content.· Provide monthly budget, schedule, and status updates to Management forreview and direction.

We are continuing to grow! **New Roles** Our business is growing and as if that weren't exciting enough, we're delighted to announce that our Team of Production Operators is expanding! We currently have a  vacancies for operators at our Bedlington site within our production department. Duties will include a range of repetitive production duties including intricate assembly and testing. Suitable applicants will be able to assemble intricate, often minuscule, components in a dexterous manner.  You must be methodical in your approach to work and extremely quality concious.We have already reviewed recent applicants for these new vacancies so on this occassion we're not looking to speak with candidates that have applied within the last 3 months
