Summary: The Accounting Manager is the go-to person for day-to-day questions related to accounting activities for the Perry TT Electronics site.  In this role, you will oversee, improve, and perform various accounting functions including but not limited to journal entries, general ledger reconciliations and maintenance of accounts, support month and year end close, coordinate, audit and tax preparation and general research.  Interfacing with the Financial Service Center, the Accounting Manager will ensure timely and accurate reporting of the financial position of the Perry site and ensure operating effectiveness of internal controls.   Duties/Responsibilities: - Oversight of Accounting and Ledger activities for the Cleveland operations. - Responsible for being the go-to contact for day-to-day operational questions related to general ledger (GL) balancing reporting. - Complete daily and weekly recurring tasks which include preparation and posting of GL entries, completing various GL account reconciliations, correcting GL exceptions, and generating various system reports. - Independently research and answer reconciling issues and service requests.- Conduct recurring reviews of AP. AR, Inventory & GL processes, including GL coding, accuracy of input and proper approvals, and monthly reviews including new vendors and file maintenance, overrides and other reports identified. - Support month end year end close processes to include preparation and posting of journal entries, completing various GL account reconciliations, variance analysis, GL reviews and other duties as assigned. - Contribute to and lead implementations and tests for internal control frameworks. - Serve as a contact point for annual audit and tax filings. - Support both internal and external reporting functions. - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. - Develops and utilizes decision support tools to pro-actively identify financial, operational, and business concerns and opportunities.   

Role Overview and Responsibilities 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5:00-3:30pmAs a Final Area Auditor, you are responsible for the inspection of printed circuit boards, electronic materials and assemblies for conformance. You must be able to use a microscope, magnifying glass and pay attention to detail. Essential Duties andResponsibilities- Ability to routinely inspect large quantities of electronic circuit boards to identify solder defects.- Identify non-conforming material (NCM) and properly segregate.- Follow proper techniques to ensure component reliability and to avoid damage.- Follow procedures, inspections, and in-process audits.- Understands computer operations for accessing manufacturing instructions, printing labels and any other functions required.- Proficient in determining accept/reject criteria based on IPC-A-610.- Follow ITAR regulations.

Summary:Ensures that final circuit boards are functional and operational. Essential Duties andResponsibilities include the following:- Set up, identify and operate test equipment (DMM, power supply, oscilloscope).- Follow proper testing procedures and recognize electronic values, such as volts, amps, ohms, farads and complete paperwork associated with tests.- Familiar with MSDS sheets and demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials.- Properly install and remove ICs from sockets.- Ensure that after initial testing all boards are stamped, depanled or a test failure tag has been completed.- Observes proper lifting techniques when handling test fixtures.- Follow ITAR regulations.

 Summary: Test technicians will ensure that electronic PCB’s are operational.  Capable of performing testing, analysis, troubleshooting, rework and repair of electronic circuit boards, as necessary. Essential Duties andResponsibilities:- Read and interpret schematics, drawing and prints related to assigned electronic circuit boards.- Complete test equipment setup and demonstrate knowledge of analog and digital testing equipment. - Operate functional test sets: ICT and HASS systems and complete documentation for required test reports. - Identify and operate electronic test equipment, to include (DMM, power supply, oscilloscope, etc.)- Follow test procedures and recognize electronic values, such as volts, amps, ohms, farads while documenting proper test failures.- Test, troubleshoot, rework and repair assigned assemblies.- Handle unsupervised tasks and prioritize workload to effectively to meet delivery schedules.- Use proper circuit board and material handling practices to prevent damage.- You must Certify in IPC and J-STD-001 industry standard workmanship specifications for soldered electronic assemblies.Other duties may be assigned

2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am Summary:  The Test Engineering Technician requires a strong technical background coupled with good communication skills and an understanding of the electronic manufacturing process.  The job requirements focus on test system debug, mechanical and electrical fixture builds, fixture maintenance, and test procedure development for In-Circuit Test, Functional Test, and Cable Assembly Test. Essential Duties andResponsibilities- Support the Test Engineering Manager and Test Engineers with their activities.- Develop, assemble and debug functional test fixtures and cable harness test solutions, along with supporting ICT fixture evaluation and maintenance. - Help develop electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.- Develop and register test procedures. - Interpret customer schematics and test procedures to deploy a production-ready test solution.- Work directly with customer engineers to evaluate failure modes or test fixture issues.- Research and debug quality issues as they relate to test processes to establish root cause failure mode. - Use test equipment such as digital multimeter, AC or DC power supplies, oscilloscope, frequency counters, signal generators to debug and document test processes.

1st  Shift Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm  Essential Duties andResponsibilities- Set-up and run at least (1) work cells with proper tools and equipment per work instructions. - Reviewing shelf life of conformal coatings and thinners prior to usage while demonstrating proper handling precautions when using. - Follow requirements for 1st piece inspection and in-process audits.- Follow proper techniques in operation of HPLV spray gun and measuring “wet” film thickness.- Follow coating requirements in performing inspections and touch-up of conformal coatings per manufacturing instructions.- Follow ITAR procedures.

The Quality Engineer helps to create, maintain, and improve quality system policies, procedures, process sampling systems and statistical techniques. Essential Duties andResponsibilities include the following:- Perform corrective action and root cause analysis as required (customer, supplier, internal). - Support production Material Review Board (MRB) process and identifies underlying cause of non-conformance.- Partner closely with cross-functional teams in support of Continuous Improvement programs and projects.- Participate in and contribute to site Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.- Responsible for cross-functional team development of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) plans supported by Statistical Process Control (SPC) and related data analysis.- Lead the creation and completion of First Article Inspection Reports and related documentation.- Perform internal audits to support Quality Management Systems (QMS).- Update quality procedures and documents as needed.- Lead and coordinate on-site customer source inspections.- Provide quality KPIs, metrics and reports to leadership team as required.- Other duties as required.
