An opportunity has arisen for an AP Analyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager.

This role will be Primary processor of all Accounts Payable activity

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Process incoming AP invoices
• Process expense claims, credit card payments and other ad hoc items
• Resolve AP issues communicating directly with local customer & Cicor Teams
• Perform Supplier Statement Reconciliations
• Create payment proposals and load payments into bank portal
• Process all non-standard AP payments
• Load new/changes to supplier master data
• Forecast Cash Payments
• Prepare AP KPI’s
• Perform other Finance duties as required

The core requirements for this role are:

• Experience in AP within a medium / large business
• Demonstrate good numeracy or accountancy skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with business wide teams
• Strong IT skills
