Role Overview and Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for an AR Analyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager.

 

This role will be Primary processor of all Accounts Receivable activity.

Main duties & responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and monitor adherence to credit limits
  • Monitor overdue debts and drive collections
  • Resolve customer queries communicating directly with local customer & Cicor Teams
  • Post and allocate cash receipts
  • Issue Credit & Debit Notes
  • Batch Process AR Invoices
  • Forecast Cash Receipts
  • Prepare AR KPI’s
  • Perform other Finance duties as required

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

The core requirements for this role are:

 

  • Experience in AR within a medium / large business
  • Demonstrate good numeracy or accountancy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with business wide teams
  • Strong IT skills
