1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5:00-3:30pm

As a Final Area Auditor, you are responsible for the inspection of printed circuit boards, electronic materials and assemblies for conformance. You must be able to use a microscope, magnifying glass and pay attention to detail.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to routinely inspect large quantities of electronic circuit boards to identify solder defects.
  • Identify non-conforming material (NCM) and properly segregate.
  • Follow proper techniques to ensure component reliability and to avoid damage.
  • Follow procedures, inspections, and in-process audits.
  • Understands computer operations for accessing manufacturing instructions, printing labels and any other functions required.
  • Proficient in determining accept/reject criteria based on IPC-A-610.
  • Follow ITAR regulations.

The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform inspections; including visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions.

 

Physical Demands: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by Team Member to successfully perform of the essential functions of this job.  

 Constantly grasp, hear, and do repetitive motions 90-100% of the time; frequently reach, 60-90% of the time; Occasionally stoop, stand, push, pull, lift, 30-60%

 

Work Environment: The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The Team Member is constantly exposed to high heat and chemicals and is required to safety glasses (90-100%).

 

Team members are required to work overtime on as as needed basis.
