TT Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to co-manage multiple full-cycle payroll processing for over 700 employees nationally.  This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, right-first-time environment. In addition to payroll processing, the Payroll Analyst will also support in a variety of areas, such as HRIS systems, data analytics and data integrity, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionality.  This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to payroll accuracy and efficiency while enhancing the HRIS system. Location: This flexible hybrid role can be performed from our Dallas, TX location two days per week.  Remote work opportunities may be available for those that meet the necessary qualifications and criteria.

Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing assigned payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates and adjustments, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll system and procedures.
• Coaches and mentors payroll resources, as required, to maintain payroll capabilities.
• Perform quarterly benefit premium deduction audits.
• Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams for payroll, HRIS and HR data analytic matters.
• Able to route cause payroll and or data related issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll and HRIS processes through system enhancements and procedural changes.
• Perform training to additional payroll resources and technical support to users of HRIS systems.
• Adheres to all internal standards and protocols for system and process controls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Payroll Analyst Knowledge and Requirements:

• 1 year of recent Paycom payroll experience required.
• 3 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equal work-related relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
• Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable and skilled at working in an interdependent team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level with a strong emphasis in Excel.
• Commitment to excellence and high ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must comply with TT Electronics’ HSE Policies and Procedures.
