Role Overview and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world class levels of service to all TT customers.
  • Establish strong relationships and processes between Customers and TT Electronics from quotation to delivery.
  • Drive improved performance based on measurable KPIs
  • Drive sales growth with existing customers

Responsibilities 

  • Creating account packs for nominated customer base highlighting invoices, deliverables, challenges etc, and keeping them up-to-date.
  • Provide world class levels of service to all TT customers through varied communication channels, including Emails, phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
  • Work with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver premium service to the customer.
  • Using initiative to respond to queries and problem solve independently.
  • Support Account Managers with additional tasks and reporting when required.
  • Attend meetings both virtually and in person when required (supported by account manager).
  • Up-sell the product/services of TT Electronics to retain and develop customers portfolios.
  • Promptly and accurately complete all administration activities in line with the internal processes and requirement.
  • Maintain and manage all data through internal ERP systems (Epicor 9) and salesforce.
  • Demonstrate safe behaviour at all times and ensure yourself and others in your working areas are safe and not exposed to significant risk.
  • Proactively provide marketing information to Customers on TT Electronics activity and new technology developments.
  • Establish strong relationships and processes between Customers and TT Electronics
  • Drive improved performance based on measurable KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communications and processes both internally and externally.

 

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a technical manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience of dealing directly with customers to resolve queries or challenges.
  • Experienced in Aerospace industry or similar industry. (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills for win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
  • Proactive change management experience
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel to support business reporting is essential to this role.
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems and the engagement of teams in these systems for basic business management.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Competency 

  • To be successful you will be highly customer focused with excellent technical knowledge (Learning ability) and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in entering data accurately into MRP database. 
  • High competency in Microsoft Excel
  • You will have experience achieving levels of service excellence as acknowledged by the customers.
  • Account/Key Account service experience.
