Role Overview and Responsibilities

Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers in line with strategic growth plans and budgets to drive revenue growth. Primary focus of the position is to support TT Electronics' EMS (contract manufacturing) facilities in region (US & Mexico).

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Emphasis on identifying and converting new business opportunities to deliver revenue growth.
  • Experience with a contract manufacturing sell to OEM’s in Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Healthcare market sectors.
  • Customer-facing meetings, both in-person and by video-conference.
  • Develop and deliver targeted presentations to targeted customers and ensure effective messaging.
  • Manage new business opportunities in the defined CRM (Salesforce) tool with up-to-date progress status and clear actions & timelines.
  • Maintain communication with site teams to ensure new opportunities are being managed and progressed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly reporting on customer relationship and new opportunity development.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Business Development reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing content and technical promotions to increase visibility within region.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition activities and communicate to the business as required.
  • Attend and staff trade shows and seminars as required.
