Role Overview and Responsibilities

Introduction

We are seeking several motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or college students who are seeking careers in manufacturing, sales, engineering, continuous improvement and operations. This entry-level role provides direct support to our leadership team in a fast-paced production environment. You will gain hands-on experience in while contributing to projects that impact daily performance and long-term success. This is a paid internship offering a flexible work schedule and work at least 15 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership in daily operational activities to ensure production goals are met.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, safety programs, and quality checks.
  • Shadow managers and supervisors to learn people-management and operational leadership skills.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain documentation for projects.
  • Collaborate across departments (production, commercial, quality, etc.) to support plant-wide initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and project support to leadership as needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

 

Desireable Skills and Experience

  • Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Analytical mindset and problem solver with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-starter, motived individual.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Interest in leadership, manufacturing, and operational excellence.
