About the Role
The Business Development Executive will play a supporting role within the European Sales and Business Development team, working under the guidance of a Business Development Manager or Director. This is an early-career commercial role designed to develop future business development leaders by providing hands-on exposure to customer engagement, market research, and opportunity generation across TT Electronics’ portfolio of engineered electronics solutions.
The role will contribute to growth across multiple technology areas, including Power Solutions, Interconnect, Magnetics, and other advanced solutions offered by TT Electronics. The focus is on supporting new customer acquisition and programme wins, while learning to align TT’s technical capabilities with evolving customer needs.
This role will support our 7 UK Regional sites and our additional European customer base. As such the holder can be based at any of our UK sites. There will be regular travel to our sites and customers.

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process begins with an informal 30-minute call, giving you the chance to learn more about the role, our organisation, and ask any questions you may have. Successful candidates will then be invited to one of our UK sites or our head office for a structured visit, including a tour and a competency-based interview.
Please note: Employment in this role is conditional upon the successful completion of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) screening process and passing a drug and alcohol test. Due to the nature of our programmes, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must therefore have and maintain the unrestricted right to work in the UK for the duration of their employment. Certain contracts and security clearances may impose restrictions on nationality; as such, UK or US citizenship is considered advantageous and may be required for specific projects.
