Introduction

TT Electronics is seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate & Internal Communications Manager to join our team. The role plays an important role in shaping the voice of our global organisation, and delivering an internal and corporate communications plan that informs, engages, and inspires.

Working closely with leadership, functions and site teams, the Corporate & Internal Communications Manager ensures consistent, professional, and impactful storytelling about our people, culture, purpose, and strategy across multiple channels and platforms.

What we are looking for

• We're looking for someone with experience in planning, managing and executing effective communications strategies that deliver meaningful results.
• You will have a passion for storytelling, brand building, and driving employee engagement.
• You will have proven experience using a range of communications channels (i.e., email, intranet, social media, web, video) to reach key audiences, and the ability to create engaging and impactful messaging for a global audience.
• You will have strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• As a person, you'll be self-motivated, flexible, proactive and highly collaborative, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications - Develop and execute TT Electronics’ internal communications strategy, aligned to the company vision, values, and business priorities.
• Ensure Brand Tone of Voice – Deliver and maintain brand consistency and reputation management across communications channels, collaborating across departments to maintain unified messaging.
• Content Creation & Storytelling - Develop engaging, professional multi-channel content - written, video, digital - showcasing the culture, people, technologies, and successes.
• Leadership & Governance - Partner with the C-Suite and Executive Committee to manage governance of corporate communications, ensuring cadence, clarity, and alignment across regions, functions, and sites.
• Employee Engagement & Culture - Drive initiatives that celebrate the company values and help shape communications and messaging that fosters a positive culture.
• Channels & Tools – Own the multi-channel communications channels including the company intranet, digital communications platform, relevant employer branding website content and social media, with a focus on analytics and engagement.

Salary Range: £ 40,000 - £ 50,000 per year

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or complex global organisations.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex business messages.
• Confident in digital content production inc. video, digital assets, and intranet content management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Premier Pro is a bonus.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, able to work at all levels within an organisation from senior leaders to operators.
• Data-driven, with the ability to evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.
• A self-starter who is creative, proactive, and resilient in fast-moving environments.
