TT Electronics, Bedlington, is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Manager, accountable for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment, plant infrastructure, and site utilities across the Bedlington Resistors business unit.
You'll ensure manufacturing equipment delivers the levels of performance, availability, and reliability required to meet customer, quality, and operational objectives.
Leading the maintenance function, you'll drive a proactive maintenance culture through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, continuous improvement, and disciplined asset management.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and HSE, you'll support operational excellence while developing team capability and ensuring compliance with all statutory and company requirements
