Responsibilities: In TT Electronics our Programme Managers are the primary interface with the customer and responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned customer accounts including customer service and leading a dedicated cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional team dedicated to specific customer accounts, including engineering, purchasing, quality, materials and programme controller.- Own direct responsibility for managing the order process including scheduling, tracking and cross-company communication.- Work with the Sales Directors to grow and develop accounts, improving revenue account orderbooks and resolving customer issues.- Travel routinely to customer sites and act as customer programme primary point of contact. Communicate schedule milestones consistently to appropriate levels at TT Electronics and to the customer.- Hold overall financial responsibility for the profitability of each product sold, including but not limited to, PPV, gross margin, material liability, account specific costs, cost reduction opportunities, invoice/ payment recovery and recovery of any NRE from the customer.- Prepare annual business plans for each account that is managed.- Improve the customer experience, soliciting and acting on customer feedback to improve our Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)- Review any potential new business or new product introduced by pulling together a team to understand the flow-down requirement from the customer on all aspects of the business. - Prepare quotations and release - Host quarterly business reviews with customers to review KPI’s.- Generate sales plans and provide support to ensure the meeting of sales targets.- Produce weekly scorecard of transmission (including OTIF/quantity and obsolete and slow–moving stock).- Contribute to annual budget / monthly forecast generation.- Maintain and comply with all Sales Force requirements. Ensure the system is updated with the latest customer information (dates of orders etc.).

Overview of RoleThis is an exciting new role within TT’s expanding power electronics Technology Centre. We are seeking a power electronics engineer with knowledge in magnetics design and development. You will provide the specialist knowledge in detail design of magnetic components and sub-assemblies but will work as an integral part of our engineering team, and will have opportunity to be involved in the development of the wider systems. The position can potentially be nominally based from our sites in Nottingham, Barnstaple or the Oldham/Rotherham area. Occational travel between these sites is expected. While this is a senior role for which we are ideally seeking an experience magnetics designer, for the right candidate with relevant adjacent experience and/or higher qualifications, we would consider offering this position as a development opportunity.   Responsibilities include:- Review of customer or internal specifications to determine the optimal magnetic solutions for products.
