IntroductionAs part of the Customer Service Team the candidate will liaising with internal and external customers to ensure we provide excellent customer service at all times. The position Reports to VP of Global Sales and Marketing Key Responsibilities - Order Entry- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders- Maintain a Turn around time of 24hrs with our Customers- Expedite Material- On time Delivery Follow up- RMA processing (in SAP)- RMA follow up with QC (Reported through SFDC now entered in SAP)- Credit Processing- Customer Database Maintenance- Liaising with all internal departments to ensure that actions/projects raised are communicated correctly and dealt with in a timely manner
