IntroductionThe Component Engineer is responsible for various component selection, qualification, reliability analysis/prediction, and life cycle management of components used in power supply products, while working closely with product line Engineers, Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments. Also, this position requires use of information which is subject to the INternational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines as a U.S. Citizen, U.S Permanent Resident (i.e "Green ard Holder"), Policitcal Asylee, or Refugee. Key Responsibilities- Finding an alternate component/new component for existing/new product design based on cost and availability, while working closely with product line Engineers, QA and Purchasing departments.- Write ECR as needed to process PCNs received from suppliers and to add/block components to the existing component database.- Perform component level tests to qualify new components, preparing reports and adding to the part database per internal component qualification procedures.- Interface with various material suppliers to obtain documentation related to compliance standards and working closely with environmental compliance analyst to update this information into PLM/ERP database.- Actively identifying obsolete components/suppliers and developing solutions to resolve all such issues.- Maintains the BOM, Manufacturing processes, and finished goods part numbering system.- Provide input to new designs to improve product reliability.- Perform reliability modelling and predictions (including MTBF calculations).- Ensure all existing and new internal part number descriptions are correct and add all the  missing attributes for various component parts in the database.- Perform fault analysis.- Completes work in timely manner; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality;  monitors own work to ensure quality.

Overview:This position is responsible for the sales of all applicable TT Electronics products within an assigned territory and at assigned Distributors; cooperates with and supervises TTE Distributors to assure forecasted and budgeted sales volumes are achieved through an active sales effort by supporting and motivating respective Distributor personnel; and, ensures maximisation of sales and profit levels.  This is a remote/travel position open to eligible candidates across the US. Key Responsibilities: - Actively develops new business for TTE through distribution sales channels- Obtains purchase orders from Distributors and ensures proper handling of orders in liaison with the sales desk at the factories- Coordinates contacts between factory and customer, if necessary- Makes an optimum of face-to-face sales calls at Distributor corporate offices and branch offices, meets with FAEs and FSEs, inside product specialists, inside sales personnel, and branch management- Involves TTE application engineering when possible and necessary- Acquires a comprehensive knowledge of all customer personnel, vendor policies and products; builds strong relationships at all elvels to ensure cooperation with decision makers- Maintains close awareness of trends and industry needs for long range planning- Makes consistent efforts to improve knowledge of TTE products and the related applications- Responds to management requirements and directives in a positive and timely manner- Responsible for recommending and subsequently achieving forecasts, budgets, and financial goals- Directs Distributors toward meeting financial plan goals and constant sales growth- Negotiates product line forecasts with Distribution Director EMEA- Coordinates Distributors' advertising campaigns in compliance with existing contracts and in liaison with European Marketing team- Reviews the performance of Distributors on regular basis; initiates corrective actions if results deviate from goals and the fulfillment of the budgets is in question- Monitors POS and inventory levels on a monthly basis and advises business and Distributors on any risk or opportunities- Ensures a high level of competitive intelligence - Evaluates and recommends any training required for Distributors' sales personnel- Handles day-to-day inquiries of technical nature and gives direction to sales desk- Maintains regular reporting on NBOs, visits, and activities- Cooperates with OEM sales team

The Customer Account Manager is the primary point of communication for our existing customers with involvement from proposal through product development and full rate production.  This role will oversee the execution of order processing and manage customer relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality products on time and on budget. As part of these duties, they will collaborate directly with customers and internal teams including Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance to ensure that requirements are met.  This role is ideally located in the Southboro, MA area. - Act as the customer advocate internally and communicate the voice of the client directly back to key stakeholders within TT Electronics’ divisions and businesses, driving alignment on customer pain points- Participate in customer on-site visits to meet company policies and regulations- Manages booking and revenue forecasts in line with SIOP and Pipeline reviews- Interfaces with various teams to participate in marketing and sales strategy, pricing policy, and sales forecasts- Manage customer inquiries, providing detailed production updates, quoting and negotiating fees, and processing customer orders in compliance with various industry and customer standards- Develop new opportunities outside of Business Development scope of work- Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Program Mgmt, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support addressing customer requests/needs- Responsible for maintaining data integrity, including order entry, promise dates for orders, change activity, quotes, forecasts, customer scorecards, etc. within internal and external systems- Communicate progress/status of accounts to internal and external stakeholders- Other duties as assigned

Performs set-ups and winds coils for transformers, chokes and inductors using heavy copper foil and wire while maintaining tight tolerances using detailed processes as guide to determine number of turns and size of wire under minimal supervision. Provides mechanical assembly in addition to coring and stacking. Pay: $18.00- Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements- performs machine set-up- winds coils on a variety of machines from process description form- must be able to count wire turns on a variety of coil forms- understands taping methods for transformers and coring- performs simple lead-out and stacking- performs complex and challenging dip or hand solder methods to workmanship standards, requiring manuvering coils weighing up to 35 pounds- Applies labels on transformers when completed- Performs quality testing requirements as described in the process instructions- Records time and quantity on timesheets daily- Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds- Must be able to operate cranes and lifting magnets- Ability to wind heavy gauge copper foil and wire windings using hand winder or Broomfield while controlling tight margins. Requires a high level of craftsmanship and mechanical knowledge- Must display a heightened awareness of safety due to size and weight of assemblies- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
