Introduction:Joining our team as a Calibration Service Technician, you will be field based and will be responsible for undertaking calibrations on various customer sites across the UK. You will be required to provide a safe, proactive, flexible and comprehensive calibration and technician service to our customers, to support our clients in maintaining instrumentation and systems across electrical, flow, pressure and temperature parameters of work. You will ideally live in the Leicestershire / Midlands Area. The ideal candidate will be based in the above areas. A company car/telephone/equipment and tools will be provided, along with other benefits. Key Responsibilities:- Perform calibration on customer equipment using approved procedures and good metrology practices- Calibration of measurement instrumentation which controls and monitors flow, level, pressure and temperature systems, in line with company procedures complying with UKAS and NADCAP standards- Provide technical support and development to colleagues and customers- Install, configure, commission, calibrate and repair on-site instrumentation- Conduct all duties in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures and policies. Adhere to site safety rules, permit to work systems and carry out risk assessments and method statement- Liaise with customers prior to executing the job to ensure full understanding of the nature of the job when required, ensuring all required safety controls have been implemented- Comply with industry codes of practice and company Quality Management System- Ensure all documentation and certification are accurate and produced on time- Build effective working relationships both internally and externally
IntroductionDue to an increase in production volumes, we require a number of Operators to join our Production Assembly teams on a Fixed Term rolling contract. There is a strong possibility this fixed term contract will be made permanent for those who fit well within the organisation. Duties- Work to Manufatcuring Operating Procedures (SOP's).- Run production processes as instructed whilst maintaining productivity and quality levels at the required standard. - Accurately complete documentation as require to record production & quality data.- Follow housekeeping rules and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
IntroductionWe are looking to recruit and train inspectors within the wiring harness assembly. About the Role- The Harness Build Inspectors primary function is to ensure that all products in build within the harness manufacturing area meet all specifications and all relevant documentation is completed. - Ensuring that the products meet customer requirements at each stage of its manufacturing process and where necessary report all non - conformities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Ability to learn and identify non - conforming product against current manufacturing standard and customer requirements. - Inspecting all components and assemblies at all stages of the manufacturing process.- Responsible for checking, progressing and collating accurate build and inspection records with supervision of current inspectors.- Ensuring all associated documentation is completed correctly and accurately (Batch follower/ works order cards), with supervision of current inspectors. - Alerting the Quality team/ Inspector/ Team Leader/ Production Engineer of ongoing and potential problems (Process and workmanship).
