1.0 To work with finance managers in ensuring smooth running of TT GMS Suzhou finance function in terms of financial recording, reporting, analyzing and overall financial control- To ensure completion of monthly closing in a timely manner- To lead the consolidation of the annual budget, monthly forecast and associated reporting for business unit in support of the FD- To follow up actions allocated by FD regarding various internal reports which are key to business control- To provide general support in terms of documentations and detailed working schedules required by internal and external auditors- To ensure all procedures of Finance Management are documented and in place- To assist FD in maintaining financial control as directed by group manual, to ensure correct procedures are followed in respect of financial control 2.0 To assist FD in developing finance team as business partner to MD- To regularly (least monthly) review key financial datum and address issues which may require senior management attention- To assist FD in developing general analytical approach and insightful financial analysis in support of product profitability and pricing- To assist FD in monitoring and investigating trading margins for different project- To assist FD in monitoring and investigating overhead expenditure for business units- To assist FD in managing cash by co-ordinating all payments and receipts of funds and to keep close eye on working capital status- To assist FD in fostering supportive/interactive working environment throughout TT Suzhou campus- To monitor KPIs of finance related performance and to propose the improvement plan to help colleagues work more efficiently3.0 To assist FD in actively promoting internal financial training throughout the company- To assist FD in the area of financial training and people development- To ensure that all training matrices and documentations are maintained
IntroductionThe main purpose of the job is to execute New Business Development plans that maximize company growth within strategically agreed market sectors across Asia Key Responsibilities- Focusing on develop new customers and opportunities in Asia for TT capabilities and services.- Understand TT Electronics GMS capabilities, dig out new sales leads in new customers and markets, continue following and penetrating the opportunities and won sales PO in the end.- Able to develop the business interest in line with TT GMS plans.- Able to use and input in sales CRM platform like Sales Force.- Will open new areas of business relating to the core business, and will clearly define new products and services relevant to his area.- Will report by means of formal procedural documentation each week on progress.- Will prepare monthly reports on new customer connections. - Will investigate through both existing self- knowledge and market research the potential for expansion of TT EIS’s business interests in his area.- Long term commercial sense and capability to manage the local sales team.- Organize all the members to identify the dangerous fountainhead.
